What we accept
We accept referrals for adults needing:
- 24/7 supervised care in a small home setting
- Dementia and memory care
- Hospice partnerships
- Respite (short-term) stays
- Specialty medical care including tube feeding, catheter, ostomy, diabetic management
- Hoyer lift transfers and non-ambulatory residents
Our response time
We typically respond to referrals within 24 hours, often the same day. Nicole or Whitney will reach out directly to discuss intake and assess fit.
