Why work at AAA Shepherd's Care Home, LLC

We're not a large facility. We don't shuffle staff between floors. We don't expect one caregiver to be responsible for 15 residents. We work the way good care should work — small homes, small ratios, real relationships with the people we care for.

What we look for

We are always accepting applications from exceptional caregivers. Opportunities may include day, evening, night, 24-hour shift/substitute caregiver, and live-in residential manager positions.
