About the home
The Reed Lane Home is the second of our two Dallas, Oregon adult foster homes — sister home to Ironwood and run with the same care philosophy. It sits on a quiet northwest Dallas street and serves up to 5 residents at a time.
Like Ironwood, Reed Lane is staffed 24/7 with awake caregivers. Every resident gets a private bedroom, three home-cooked meals at the family table, and the kind of personal attention that simply isn't possible in a larger facility.
Care offered at Reed Lane
The Reed Lane Home is equipped and staffed to provide:
- 24/7 awake supervised care
- Dementia and memory care
- Hospice partnership and end-of-life support
- Diabetic care, catheter care, ostomy care
- Hoyer lift transfers for non-ambulatory residents
- Medication administration
- Three home-cooked meals daily
- Personal laundry and housekeeping

NW Reed Lane is in a quiet residential area of Dallas, Oregon — close to local medical services and easy for family to visit. The home is unmarked from the street; you'd never guess it's a licensed care home unless you knew. That's by design.
